Alice F. Grannas, 76, of Williamsburg passed away peacefully Monday morning, March 29, 2021 at the home where she was born and lived in Williamsburg.

She was the daughter of the late Wesley B. and Grace A. (Gorman) Himes.  On August 27, 1966 she married Kenneth W. Grannas in Williamsport.

Surviving are her beloved husband of 54 years; two daughters: Christine Grannas of Haymarket, VA and Amanda M. Grannas of Norristown; and a sister-in-law, Carol Himes of Williamsburg.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert W. Himes and her beloved dog, Sophie.

Alice was a 1962 graduate of Williamsburg High School.  She loved gardening and taking care of her home and family.

At the request of the deceased there will be no public services and a private interment will be held at Royer Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.

Memorial contributions in memory of Alice may be given to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602.
