OBIT.
Anna Jane (Imler) Corle 85, Of Roaring Spring. Died 05/12/2016 at her home. Born 07/31/1930 in Woodbury, the daughter of John and Lenora (Smith) Imler. She was a member of the Roaring Spring Bare Memorial Church of God. She was retired from News Printing Company in Claysburg in 1994 and a volunteer as a Foster Grandparent at Martinsburg Head start and Frankstown Children’s Center for 18 years. She was a 1948 Grad of Woodbury High School. She enjoyed creating and painting crafts out of wood.
Surviving are two daughters: Janie McConnell of Duncansville and Susan Gochnour of Roaring Spring, two sons Thomas Corle of Leola and James Corle of Corning NY, Two sisters Vada Stern of Martinsburg and Lydia Parshall of New Cumberland, Two brothers, Donald Imler of Altoona and Daniel Imler of Waterside, Eight Great-Grandchildren and Fourteen Great-Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by one son Robert Allen and two Grandchildren Ronne Berk and Chelsea Meck, Brothers Ralph Imler and Levi Imler.
Friends received 6 to 8 pm Monday the 16th at the S. Gerald Weaver FH and 10 to 11am Tuesday the 17th at the Bare Memorial Church of God where an 11am service will be held by Pastors Rachel Sleasman and Mark Halliday. Committal service will be in the Dry Hill Cemetery. In lue of flowers memorials may be made to the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home to help family with services.
