Anna Mary Brenneman, 94, rural Williamsburg, passed away early Wednesday morning at The Village at Morrisons Cove, Martinsburg.

She was born in Williamsburg, daughter of the late Louis C. and Kathleen (Cadle) Schwager. On June 19, 1948 she married George F. Brenneman in Canton, OH. He preceded her in death on August 6, 2004.

Surviving are 2 daughters: Kathleen Fisher of Ephrata and Linda Weisthal of Greensboro, NC (along with Timothy Leavitt in VA); 3 sons: George (Sue Force) of Allegheny Township, Kenneth (Elizabeth Landis) and Louis (Becky King) both of Williamsburg; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Paul Schwager (Cheryl) of Corona, CA.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Louis and Henry Schwager; and a daughter-in- law, Sandra (Mock) Brenneman.

Anna Mary was a 1940 graduate of McKinley High School, Canton, OH. She then attended a business college for one year in Canton, after WWII began she moved to California during the war effort and worked for Lockheed Aircraft Corporation.

She was a faithful member of Cove Forge United Methodist Church, rural Williamsburg, and a 66 year member of the Scotch Valley Grange and was also very active in the local and state grange.

Anna Mary was primarily a farm wife, who also worked as a secretary for Catharine Township for several years and also was an independent Stanley Home Products dealer.

Friends will be received from 6-9pm, Friday, June 24, 2016 at Cove Forge United Methodist Church, rural Williamsburg and from 9 until the 10 am, funeral service, Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the church, Pastor Heather A. Wurst officiating.

Interment will be held at Shellytown-Fairview Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.

The family prefers memorial contributions be given to Cove Forge United Methodist Church Bible Fund, 2788 Covedale Rd., Williamsburg, PA 16693.

Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.
