Annabelle S. Frazier, 88, of Martinsburg, passed away Sunday evening, February 28, 2021 in her apartment at Homewood at Martinsburg.

She was born in Crystal Spring, Fulton County, daughter of the late Wilbur A. and Marian (Walters) Shaw.  On December 5, 1953 she married John G. Frazier at Quantico Marine Corps Chapel.  He preceded her in death on April 11, 2002 after 48 years of marriage.

Surviving are a sister, Dolly S. Bowser of New Enterprise; and numerous nieces and a nephew.

She was preceded in death by two sisters: Dorothy Shaw and Mary Jane Shaw-McGaughey; and a brother, James H. Shaw.

Annabelle was a 1950 graduate of Everett High School and a U.S. Air Force veteran serving from 1951 until 1953, attaining the rank of Airman 2nd Class.

She was a member of New Enterprise Church of the Brethren and Martinsburg Red Hat Society.

Annabelle loved RV camping with her husband, John and after his passing, took their RV by herself for winters in Florida.  She was an amazing seamstress who also enjoyed embroidery, cross stitch and in past years doing water aerobics at the Hollidaysburg Y.M.C.A.

Friends will be received from 11:30am until 1pm, Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg, where a funeral service with military honors will be held at 1pm at the funeral home, Pastor Marlys Hershberger officiating.  Private interment will be held at Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.

Memorial contributions in memory Annabelle may be given to New Enterprise Church of the Brethren, 3715 West Brumbaugh Rd., New Enterprise, PA 16664 or Martinsburg Community Library, 201 S. Walnut St., Martinsburg, PA 16662.
