Betty R. Reasy

Betty R. Reasy, 63, of New Enterprise, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2020 at home surrounded by loved ones; Ron, Lonnie, Chuck, Judy and Carol. She was born on July 23, 1956 in Roaring Spring; daughter of the late Clarence Elwood and Hazel Pauline (Weicht) Reasy. Betty was a graduate of the Northern Bedford High School Class of 1974 and loved being "Nana" to Chris and Aleah.  She also enjoyed dancing, singing, costume parties, sewing, and homemaking. She was preceded in death by her brother William “Bill” Reasy. Surviving are soulmate Ronald Cogan of Everett; step-daughter Lonnie Ross Myers (husband Charles) of Pleasantville and their children Christopher and Aleah; brothers Robert L. “Bob” Reasy, Clarence E. “Bud” Reasy, Jr.; Raymond G. Reasy, Ben A. Reasy, and Brian T. “Tim” Reasy; and daughters Lisa Foor Donaldson Clapper; Tiffany Gable, and Kayci Gable Ramsey. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 11:00AM at the Community Grace Brethren Church in Everett. Pastor Craig Manges will be officiating. A special thank-you to Carol Reyan and the Cogan family for caring for and allowing Betty to stay in the comfort of her home during her last earthly days.
