Brent Lane Kreider

December 5, 1973 ~ February 26, 2024

Brent L. Kreider, 50, of rural Martinsburg, passed away unexpectedly, Monday morning, February 26, 2024 following complications from a cerebral hemorrhage.

He was born in Roaring Spring, son of Randy L. Kreider (Brenda) of Martinsburg and Norma C. (Mickel) Kreider of Curryville.  Brent was twice married, first to Amber D. Weyandt and then to Jessica R. Yingling.

Surviving are his parents; two sons: Lane S. Kreider of Martinsburg and Chase L. Kreider of Roaring Spring; two brothers: Brock L. Kreider (Holly) of rural Martinsburg and Bradd L. Kreider (Christina) of New Enterprise; special aunt, Janet Kreider of Martinsburg; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Brent was a 1992 graduate of Central High School and for many years attended the Martinsburg Grace Brethren Church.

He was employed for various local companies including: Sheetz Distribution, Leidy’s Home Furnishing, Champion Homes, Cove Shoe Factory and for several years worked as an electrician.

Brent loved spending time in the outdoors, fishing, hunting, cooking and taking care of his vegetable garden.  He was also a big softy when it came to animals, swearing his mom to secrecy so his brothers would never find out.

Friends will be received from 5-8pm, Thursday, February 29, 2024 at Martinsburg Grace Brethren Church and from 10 until 11am, Friday, March 1, 2024 at the church, where a funeral service will begin at 11am, Pastor Brian L. McCall officiating.  Private interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
