Brian L. Stapleton

Brian L. Stapleton, 64, of Rainsburg, formerly of New Enterprise, passed away on March 12, 2025 at UPMC Hamot - Erie. He was born on December 18, 1960 in Prince George’s County, Maryland; son of Howard N. and JoeAnn (Hart) Stapleton.

Brian was a Class of 1978 graduate of Northern Bedford High School and attended the Loysburg United Methodist Church. He worked as a tig welder for Cannondale for many years. Brian enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, farming, woodworking, and making maple syrup.

Brian was preceded in death by an infant sister. Surviving are his parents, Howard and JoeAnn Stapleton of Martinsburg; siblings, Kimberly Pepple (Terry) of New Enterprise and Mark Stapleton (Tammy) of Akron, OH; long-time companion, Vickey Rose of Rainsburg; step-daughter, Alesia Hadix (Raymond); a step-grandson, Jax; and one niece and two nephews.

At request of the deceased, a Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Please check the funeral home website for information as it becomes available.
