Carl Lynn Mills, 50, Duncansville formerly of Fayetteville, NC passed away Thursday evening at UPMC Altoona.
He was born in Verdun, France son of Corydon L. and Jacqueline Marie Louise (Boulay) Mills. He married Belinda R. Holley on September 11, 1996 in North Carolina.
Surviving are his wife; his parents of Scarborough, ME; maternal grandmother, Marie Louise Boulay of Devecey, France; 3 sons: Eric J. and Nicholas R. both at home, and Zackary Jewett in Massachusetts; a grandson, Eric J. Mills; 3 brothers: Corydon Jr. (Joy), Craig and Curtis (Penny) all of Scarborough, ME; and nieces and nephews.
He was a 1983 graduate of E.E. Smith High School, Fayetteville, NC.
Carl was a U.S. Army veteran serving from 1984-1990 in the 18th Air Borne Division, 13F Fire Support Specialist attaining the rank of Specialist 4th Class.
He was employed as a licensed plumber in North Carolina for over 25 years, and enjoyed playing pool, playing his PS4 and riding motorcycles.
Friends will be received from 6:30 until the 8 pm, funeral liturgy outside mass, Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg, Father Aron M. Maghsoudi officiating.
The family prefers memorial contributions be given to Carl’s family to help with expenses.
