Carol A. (Baker) Crawford

Carol A. (Baker) Crawford, 83, of Martinsburg, passed away on July 14, 2023 at the Village at Morrisons Cove. She was born on January 7, 1940 in Roaring Spring; daughter of the late James and Laura (Fletcher) Baker. On February 14, 1958 in New Enterprise, she was united in marriage to Harold L. Crawford; he preceded her in death on October 16, 2016.

Carol was a member of the Koontz Church of the Brethren and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, reading, and time spent with her family.

Surviving is son, Greg Crawford (Sherry) of Osterburg; son, Barry Crawford (Teresa) of Woodbury; grandchildren, Stephanie Walter (Kristopher), Andrea Ritchey (Adrian), Taylor Ridgeley (Ben), and Cale Crawford (Morgan); great-grandchildren, Evelyn, Amelia, and Thomas Ritchey, and Isaiah, Samuel, and Gabriel Ridgeley; as well as sisters Ruth Imler of Martinsburg and Rosella Ross (Danny) of Hesston.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 17, 2023 from 10:00AM until the 11:00AM Funeral Service at the Stone Funeral Home in Woodbury; Pastor Mike Benner officiating. Interment will be in Koontz Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Carol’s name can be made to the Village at Morrisons Cove Benevolent Fund.
