> Clayton R. Claycomb, Sr., age 75, of Shelby, Ohio died Wednesday morning, September 25, 2013 in MedCentral/Shelby Hospital.

> Born May 30, 1938 in Osterburg, PA. to Chelcea W. & Jennie R. (Rouzer) Claycomb he had been a Shelby area resident since 1969. He retired from Copperweld in 2003 after 33 plus years of service. Prior to working at Copperweld, Clayton was a farmer. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching football every Saturday and Sunday.

> He is survived by his wife, Barbara J. (Snowberger) Claycomb of Shelby, OH; two sons, C. Rodger Jr. (Vicky) Claycomb of Pflugerville, TX and Ronald D. (Marla) Claycomb of Pearland, TX; two daughters, Kathy D. Claycomb and Kelly L. Claycomb both of Shelby, OH; five grandchildren; five sisters, Evelyn Amick of Roaring Spring, PA, JoAnn Eshelman of Shelby, OH, Jean Foor, Edna Smith and Wilma Claycomb all of Everett, PA; one brother, Walter Claycomb of Osterburg, PA; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

> He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Donald G. Claycomb; three sisters, M. Lillian Musselman, Ardella Mowry and Iona Mellott and one brother, Floyd Claycomb.

> Funeral Services will be held 2pm Sunday the 29th  at the Waterside Church of the Brethren in Waterside, PA. Rev. Michael Benner will officiate with interment held in Bedford County Memorial Park in Bedford, PA. Friends may call at the Weaver Funeral Home in Woodbury, PA 6 to 8pm Sat. The 28th. Memorial expressions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Fund.
