Colton Ridge Rogers, newborn son of Amie L. Showalter and Josh D. Rogers went home to be safe in the arms of Jesus on Friday morning, March 15, 2024 at Magee-Womens Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Surviving are his mommy and daddy who wanted to give him the world but he got heaven instead; grandparents: Leslie Showalter (Thomas Weyandt) and Bill Showalter; great-grandparents:  Cliff and Deb Dick and Jodie McClure (Mike); great-great grandparents: Janet Dick, Daryl and Judy Cole and Sue Showalter; and many aunts, uncles and extended family that dearly loved him.

He was preceded in death by three great-great grandfathers: C. Sherman Dick, Gerald McClure and William Showalter Sr.; and a great-uncle, Justin Showalter.

Colton will forever be missed by all. He was carried by his mommy for a moment but will be loved for a lifetime.

Family and friends may visit from 3 until 4pm, Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Salem Reformed Church, rural Martinsburg, where a celebration of Colton’s life will begin at 4pm, Pastor Micah Clouse officiating.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
