Connie G. Talbert, 56, rural Williamsburg, passed away unexpectedly early Friday morning at UPMC Altoona.
She was born in Brownwood, TX, daughter of the late Ronald R. and Lauri L. (Oliver) Robertson. On April 5, 1978 she married Charles E. “Chuck” Talbert in Fort Hood, TX.
Surviving are her husband, Chuck of 38 years; a daughter, Lori C. MIlteer (David) of rural Williamsburg; 4 grandchildren: Justin “Jake” and Thomas “Copper” Talbert and McKenzie and Charlotte “Charlie” Milteer; 2 sisters, Diana Fish in Alabama and Darla Talley in Texas; and 2 brothers: Ronald and Michael both of Missouri.
She was preceded in death by a son Bryan E. Talbert, who died on November 18, 2006.
Connie was a member of Heritage Baptist Church, rural Martinsburg. She was a loving mother and grandmother “Gee” who enjoyed arts & crafts, shopping, reading and supporting children and veteran organizations.
Friends will be received from 2-5pm, Sunday, November 13, 2016 at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg. A funeral service will be held at 11 am, Monday, November 14, 2016 at Heritage Baptist Church, rural Martinsburg, Pastor Mark E. Biter officiating. Private interment will be held at Oreminea Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.
Memorial contributions in her memory can be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
