David F. Fluke, 81, of Roaring Spring, passed away on July 22, 2016 at Homewood in Martinsburg. Born on April 18, 1935 in Yellow Creek, the son of Lloyd and Martha (Black) Fluke. David married Mary E. Ulery and together they shared in 62 years of marriage. He enjoyed hunting and was a member of the Waterside Church of the Brethren. David retired from the Pennsylvania Turnpike, working at the Everett Maintenance Shed. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter Kathy. Survivors include his wife Mary; daughter Brenda Lohr (Donald) of East Freedom; son David J. Fluke (Ann Marie) of Mountville, PA; brother Dan Fluke; sister Betty Artz; and bother Joe Fluke. Visitation will be held Monday July 25, 2016 from 6:00PM-8:00PM and on Tuesday July 26, 2016 from 10:00AM-11:00AM. On Tuesday at 11:00AM, a funeral service will take place with Pastor Mike Benner officiating. All of the above will be held at the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home in Woodbury.
