Delores J. (Lane) Erb

Delores J. (Lane) Erb, 94, of Williamsburg, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center – Tyrone. She was born on May 28, 1931 in Williamsburg; daughter of the late William and Marian (Smith) Lane. On June 8, 1962 in Winchester, VA, she was united in marriage to Robert R. Erb; he preceded her in death on March 29, 2017.

Delores was a Class of 1950 graduate of Williamsburg High School. She was a member of the Williamsburg Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. Delores enjoyed watching game shows, westerns, and Penn State sports. Above all, she enjoyed the time she spent with her family and grandchildren.

Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; a son, Byron A. Lane; a granddaughter, Heather N. Lane; a sister, Delephine Dwozan; and brothers: William, Clifford, and Ralph “Tub” Lane. Surviving is step-daughter, Lugene A. Byrnes; grandchildren: Brad Lane (fiancé, Heather Kegg), Dusty Lane (wife, Ellissa), and Scott Sweeney; great-grandchildren: Alexis Lane (fiancé, Tim McMaster), Chelsey Lane, and Tyler Lane; and great-great-granddaughter, Vivian McMaster.

Friends will be received on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 2:00PM until the 4:00PM funeral service at the Fink & Stone Funeral Home in Williamsburg; Pastor Paul Campbell officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery – Martinsburg.
