Diane K. (Hall) Wright Mason

Diane K. (Hall) Wright Mason, 74, of Meadville, formerly of Loysburg, passed away on December 25, 2024 at Meadville Medical Center, Meadville Pennsylvania. She was born on June 22, 1950 in Roaring Spring; daughter of the late Richard B. and Edna (Miller) Hall. On December 16, 1995 she was united in marriage to Thomas “Tom” Robert Mason; he preceded her in death on August 15, 2017.

Diane was a Class of 1968 graduate of Northern Bedford County High School and was Methodist in faith. She worked as a Caregiver for Wesbury at Home for many years. Diane enjoyed working in her flower beds, her bible study group, reading, learning and discussing local history, friendships, her cats, and the time she spent with her family. She was a member of the Bedford Moose Lodge 480. Diane’s sentimental nature will be missed by many.

Diane was preceded in death by husband, Thomas R. Mason; a grandson, Brett Luther-James Scell; and her first husband, James O. Wright. Surviving is her son, James L. Wright (Sherrie Mock); daughter, Jonda Peace (Robert); grandson, Jeremy Wright; granddaughter, Kasey L. Wright; sister, Connie Baronner; step-son, Thomas Mason (Brenda); step-daughter, Susan Bien (Brent); and step-daughter, Jacquelyn Kinnear (Chad).

Friends will be received on Monday, December 30, 2024 from 4:00PM-6:00PM at the Stone Funeral Home in Woodbury and Tuesday, December 31, 2024 from 10:00AM until the 11:00AM Funeral Service at the Funeral Home; Pastor Paul Snyder officiating. Interment will be in Upper Loysburg Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Diane’s name may be made to the Bedford County Humane Society (182 Bohn Rd. Bedford, PA 15522).
