Donna E. Snyder

Donna E. Snyder, 84, of Martinsburg, formerly of Woodbury, passed away on January 13, 2018 at Conemaugh Nason Hospital. She was born on August 21, 1933 in New Enterprise, the daughter of the late Ross G. and Edna B. (Massic) Snyder. Donna served two years with BVS in Germany. After this she worked for Sylvania and later, Homewood at Martinsburg. Donna was a member of the Woodbury Church of the Brethren. She served as Sunday School Superintendent for many years and was active in bible studies and the choir. Donna loved attending church and her family. She was caretaker for her parents as well as sisters. She was preceded in death by sisters H. Marie Snyder, Anna R. Robinson, Dorothy M. Snyder, and Meriam L. Rock and brothers Byron E. Snyder and R. Dean Snyder. Surviving are sister E. Ruth Over (John) of Woodbury; sister-in-law Carol Snyder of Woodbury; as well as many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 6:00PM-8:00PM and Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 10:00AM-11:00AM. At 11:00AM, Tuesday a funeral service will take place with Pastor David Ulm officiating. All of the above will be held at the Woodbury Church of the Brethren. Interment will be at Dry Hill Cemetery.
