Donna Lee (Mcvicker) Carbaugh

Donna Lee (McVicker) Carbaugh, 90, of Waterside, passed away on January 13, 2025 at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center – Roaring Spring. She was born on June 21, 1934 in Bedford; daughter of the late Forest V. and Elva (Hershberger) McVicker. On August 10, 1952 at the Waterside Church of the Brethren she was united in marriage to Allen John Carbaugh; he preceded her in death on October 7, 2017.

Donna was a Class of 1952 graduate of Bedford High School and member of the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Paul Neal Carbaugh; a daughter, Joan Lee Bechtel; and a brother, Samuel K. McVicker. Surviving is son, Gregg Allen Carbaugh and wife Roseanna (Janidlo) of Woodbury; son, Roy Blair Carbaugh and wife Cindy (Clapper) of Woodbury; daughter, Julie Lynn Nelson and husband Robert of Mount Joy; as well as 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Friday, January 17, 2025 from 10:00AM until the 11:00AM Funeral Service at the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren; Pastor Paul Snyder officiating. Interment will be in Koontz Cemetery.

If so desired, Memorial Contributions in Donna’s name may be made to the Koontz Cemetery Association or the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren.
