Doris Louise Musselman, 89, of Martinsburg, passed away Saturday morning, March 15, 2025 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.

She was born in Millerstown, rural Martinsburg, daughter of the late Earl E. and Stella M. (Mowery) Whitaker.  On June 1, 1957 she married Robert C. Musselman in Martinsburg.

Surviving are her husband, Bob of 67 years; three sons: Gene R. Musselman of Saxton, Steven R. Musselman of rural Roaring Spring and Jerry S. Musselman (Angela) of Ashville; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren with two more expected soon.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Trishelle Musselman; and two daughters-in-law: Patricia Musselman and Deb Musselman.

Doris was a 1957 graduate of Morrisons Cove High School, Martinsburg. After graduating she worked at Teeter Hotel and Restaurant, Martinsburg.  She retired as a Deli associate from Giant Eagle in Roaring Spring and over the years worked at various grocery stores.

She was currently a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Roaring Spring and was also a member of the former Martinsburg United Methodist Church.

Doris loved spending time with her family, especially with her grand and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, reading and for many years, assisting her husband with their farm in Martinsburg.

At Doris’s request there will be no public services.  Private inurnment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
