Dorothy I. Wagner, 90, of Martinsburg, went home to be with her Lord, Saturday morning, May 13, 2023 at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Altoona.

She was born in rural Martinsburg, daughter of the late Chalmer S. and Vesta Leone (Kephart) Brumbaugh.  She was married to the late Walter M. Wagner, who passed away on September 14, 2012.

Surviving are two sons: Randall C. Wagner (John Jarboe) of Phoenixville and Edwin K. Wagner (Joyce) of Roaring Spring; a daughter, Kathy L. Gabella (Mike) of Duncansville; three grand-daughters: Trisha Talerico (Joe), Michelle Gabella and Brittany Matthews (George III); and three great-grandchildren: Austin, Archer and Taylor Matthews.

Dorothy was preceded in death by a daughter, Victoria E. Wagner; a sister, Alice F. “Fern” Stern, and a brother, Robert O. Brumbaugh. She was a 1950 graduate of Morrison Cove High School. She enjoyed singing, playing the piano and attending church.

At the request of the deceased there will be no public services and a private interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
