DOROTHY DELORES BRUMBAUGH, 82 OF Mill St. Woodbury Died 10/05/2014 at UPMC Altoona Hospital, Surrounded by her family. Born 10/20/1931 in Roaring Spring the daughter of John Eckard and Mary Helen (Showalter). She Married J. Dean Brumbaugh on 04/17/1948 in Winchester VA who preceded her in death on 03/08/2001. She was a member of the Martinsburg Brethren in Christ Church, Charter member of the Cove Lioness Club, Cove Community Club and Woodbury Senior Citizens.
She attended Roaring Spring High School, served as Playground Supervisor at Woodbury Elementary School and Retired as a Cafeteria Worker for the Northern Bedford County School District.
She enjoyed her Grandchildren, Flowers, her Church, her friends and eating out.
Survived by one daughter Elaine K. Lamens (husband Jeffrey) of Everett one son Kevin D. of Woodbury two Grandsons Zane T. Lamens (Wife Amber) of Everett and William S. Lamens and (Girl Friend Bernadette) of Everett, and half brother Merle D. Reiniger of Martinsburg, many special Nieces and Nephews. Preceded in death by a half brother Glenn Reininger and his son Leonard.
Friends received 4-8 Wed. the 8th at the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home and 10-11 am Thurs. the 9th at the Martinsburg Brethren in Christ Church, where an 11 am service will be held by pastors Earl E. Herr and Michael Able interment in the Dry hill Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Martinsburg Brethren in Christ Church. Arrangement by the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home, Woodbury.
