Esther Lorraine (Robinson/Palmer) Lenker, 84, of Mechanicsburg, formerly of Williamsburg, passed away on December 11, 2015 at the Holy Spirit Hospital. Born on November 15, 1931 in Frankstown Township, the daughter of Willis and Pansy (Lloyd) Robinson. She was first married to Rev. Ralph Palmer, Sr. who passed away in April of 1974. She then married Warren Lenker who preceded her in death in June of 2007. Esther was a 1949 graduate of the Hollidaysburg High School, a 1955 graduate of Messiah Bible College, and a 1975 graduate of the Harrisburg Steelton Highspire Practical Nursing Program. She was an LPN at both the Polyclinic Hospital and Country Meadows Home Health. Esther enjoyed prayer teams, reading, healing prayer ministry, Facebooking, writing, politics, skating, volleyball, and was a member of the Mechanicsburg Brethren in Christ Church. She was preceded in death by her spouses Rev. Ralph Palmer, Sr. and Warren Lenker as well as siblings Robert and Sue Dora Robinson. Survivors include son Ralph Palmer, Jr. (Mary Beth) of Enola, PA; and daughters Rhonda Kaufman (Michael) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Tammy Lord (William) of Wellsville, PA. Surviving brothers and sisters include Dallas Robinson of Hollidaysburg, PA; Karen Martin of Canton, OH; Grady Robinson of West Milton, OH; Gayle Benton of Altoona, PA; Sharon Slogenhop of Altoona, PA; and Robin Forshey of Huntingdon, PA. Also surviving is five grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on December 14, 2015 from 5:00PM-6:30PM with a 7:00PM service at the Mechanicsburg Brethren in Christ Church. Reverend Layne Lebo will officiate. A second visitation will take place on December 15, 2015 from 1:30PM-2:30PM with a 2:30PM service at the Canoe Creek Brethren in Christ Church. William Lord will officiate. A committal service will follow with interment at Canoe Creek Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Mechanicsburg Brethren in Christ Church Benevolent Fund and the Peace Promise Ministry. Arrangements by the S.
