EVANGELINE R. HARE, 89, OF Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg, Formerly of Altoona, Died 07/05/2012 at the Village. Born 07/12/1922 in Altoona the daughter of George W. and Cora (Cromer) Hare.
She was a member of the 28th St. Church of the Brethren, and of the Altoona Symphony under the conductor Russell Gerhart. She graduated in 1940 from the Altoona Senior High School. She retired as a Stenographer for Conrail in 1983.
A graveside service will be held at 1PM 7/12/2012 at the Fairview Cemetery, Altoona, by pastor Becky Zeek. Memorials maybe made to the Humane Society Arrangements by the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home, Woodbury. WEAVERSFH.COM
