     Fred R. Weyandt 82, of Williamsburg, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026 at Conemaugh Nason Hospital. He was born on March 14, 1943 in Roaring Spring, a son of the late Chester and B. Lorraine (Miller) Weyandt. He is survived by two daughters: C. Yvonne Mingle and husband Sam, and Christine Shanholtz and husband Steve, both of Williamsburg; 7 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three siblings: Richard Weyandt and wife Leoda, Carol Snavely and husband Richard, and Susan Hughes and husband John, all of Williamsburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Karen Hess, and a grandson Joshua Shanholtz.

      Fred was a 1961 graduate of Williamsburg High School and then enlisted in the US Airforce from 1962 until 1966. He retired from Noll Laboratory, at Penn State University, as a electronics technician. Fred was a skilled craftsman, who enjoyed woodworking in his shop.

     Friends will be received on Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 2-4 pm at the Williamsburg Alliance Church, where a funeral service will begin at 4:00 pm with Pastor Paul R. Campbell officiating.
