Gerald Rae Clark II, 26, of Everett, passed away on June 5, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born on June 18, 1991 in Windber, son of Gerald R. Gerald was a 2010 graduate of Everett High School and a member of the Everett Masonic Lodge #524 where he helped serve the community that he loved. He was an active member of the Everett Volunteer Fire Company #1, joining on June 4, 2013. During his time with the company, Gerald received his Firefighter 1 Certification along with numerous others. He served on and chaired many committees; too numerous to count. He will be deeply missed by his fellow firefighting brothers and sisters. Gerald also enjoyed operating heavy equipment, playing his PS4, but above all, he loved the time he spent with his family and friends. You could always find Gerald with a smile on his face. He was more than willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was preceded in death by grandparents Rebecca V. Martin, Joseph L. Martin Sr., Evelyn M. Clark, and Ralph C. Clark Sr.. Surviving are his wife Lela; children Braylin R., Brynn J., Vincent R., and Benjamin G; father Gerald R. Clark; mother Judi Hillegass; mother-in-law Holly Anderson; father-in-law Vincent Anderson; brother-in-law’s Vincent T. Anderson and Joseph Anderson, as well as numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. Friends will be received on Friday, June 8th from 3:00-8:00PM and Saturday, June 9th from 10:00-11:00AM. At 7:00PM Friday, a Firefighter Service will take place with a Masonic Service following at 8:00PM. At 11:00AM, Saturday, a funeral service will take place with Pastor Fred Rudy officiating.  All of the above services will be held at the Everett United Methodist Church.
