HELEN E. CARPER, 85, of Martinsburg, formerly of Woodbury. Died 04/25/2012 at Homewood at Martinsburg. Born 12/03/1926 in Martinsburg. the daughter of James C. and Lena M. (Brumbaugh) Teeter. Married Stanley (Ted) G. Carper on 03/01/1947 in Cumberland MD. He preceded her in death on 07/16/2000. She was a member of the St. Johns Reform Church of Loysburg. She enjoyed traveling and her family, and was a member of the Cove Community Club.
Survived by one Daughter Judy L. Carper of Martinsburg.
