IDA M. WYLES, 91, OF Homewood at Martinsburg, formerly lived along the Woodbury Pike. Died 12/29/2012 at Homewood. Born 10/02/1921 in New Enterprise, the daughter of Harrison and Ada (Bowser) Settlemeyer. Married, James P. Wyles on 02/07/1942 in Cumberland MD, who died 05/08/1996. She was a member of the Woodbury Church of the Brethren the Cove community Club, Cove Lioness, and the Woodbury Senior citizens. She worked as a nurses aid at Nason Hospital
Survived by two sons Russell A. Wyles and Wife Joyce and Jay R. Wyles and wife Janet all of Woodbury Pike. Six Grandchildren: Shawn Wiles and wife Nicole, Dawn Love and Husband Jesse, Ron Wyles, Julie Metzler and husband Don, Joy Wilt and husband James, Jill Thompson and husband Cornell, Eight Great-grandchildren Kelli Wyles, Addison, Carter and Avery Love, Pamela Snowberger, Jennifer Douglas, Kara and Kaitlyn Thompson, and two great-great-grandsons Aiden and Landen Snowberger.
Friends received 6-8 pm Wednesday the 2nd at the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home and 10-11am Thurs. the 3rd at the Woodbury Church of Brethren, where an 11am service will be held by Pastor Larry Graybill. Interment in the Holsinger Cemetery. In lieu of flowers Memorials maybe made to the Woodbury Church of the Brethren. Arrangements by the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home, Woodbury PA.
