James E. Robley, 92, of Williamsburg, passed away on January 25, 2018 at the Village at Morrisons Cove. He was born on September 30, 1925 in Williamsburg, the son of the late Robert Lloyd and Ruhamma (Anderson) Robley. James was a member of the Holy Fire Chapel in Roaring Spring and retired from PennDot. He enjoyed operating sawmills, hunting, antique tractors, but most importantly church and family get-togethers. Surviving is his wife of 69 years Lois (McCall) Robley; daughters, Sharon Banks of Williamsburg and Shirley Whetstine of Martinsburg; sons Sam, Gene, and Barry Robley all of Williamsburg; sister Grace Grove of Williamsburg; as well as 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son John E. Robley, 2 sisters, 5 brothers, 2 daughters-in-law, and 1 son-in-law. Friends will be received on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 6:00-8:00PM and Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 10:00-11:00AM. At 11:00AM Saturday a Funeral Service will take place with Pastor Charles Brewbaker officiating. All of the above will be held at the Holy Fire Chapel in Roaring Spring. Interment at Royer Cemetery.
