James E. Schneider, 77, of Altoona, passed away on December 2, 2022, at home. He was born on January 4, 1945 in Altoona, son of the late Paul and Anna (Cross) Schneider. James was a college photography professor for Penn State University.
He was preceded in death by 5 siblings; Rosemary, Marjorie, Paul Jr., Robert, and William. Surviving is his sister, Helen Ickes as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
At request of the deceased, no services will be held. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
