Jean Dopp

Jean Dopp, 91, of Williamsburg, passed away Friday, October 17, 2025 at the Village at Morrisons Cove. She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late William Thomas and Sarah Alverta (VanTine) McCaulley. She married Herbert A. Dopp on May 12, 1956 in Beavertown, and he preceded her in death on May 29, 2010. She is survived by five children: Andrew Dopp and wife Pamela, Peter Dopp, James Dopp and wife Cathy, all of Williamsburg, Emily Wigman and husband Robert, of Roaring Spring, and Laura Dunkle and husband Ron, of Huntingdon; 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three half-brothers: Merlin Dean McCaulley, Jack Duane McCaulley, and William Fleck.

Jean was a 1952 graduate of Martinsburg High School and worked as an accountant for Wineland John Deere for a short time. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and doing Bible studies with Dr. J. Vernon McGee.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
