Jennifer Michelle Smith, 37, Williamsburg passed away unexpectedly Wednesday morning at her residence.

She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of Stan E. Detwiler and the late Robin J. (Blough) Irvin.  Jennifer had been previously been married to Richard Smith.

Surviving are her father, Stan and step-mother, Patty Helsley of Williamsburg; step-father, Kevin W. “Pud” Irvin of rural Williamsburg; 2 sons: CJ Smith and Trapper Bigelow at home; boyfriend, David A. Bigelow Jr., with whom she resided; 3 brothers: Jon M. Detwiler (Lori), Josh E. Detwiler (Bobbie Jo) and Patrick S. Detwiler all of Williamsburg; and 3 nieces and a nephew.

Jennifer was a 1999 graduate of Williamsburg High School.

She attended Williamsburg Church of the Brethren and was a member of the Bonner-Sollenberger American Legion Post 456 Ladies Auxiliary, Williamsburg.

Jennifer was employed as a caretaker for the Ganister-Station, Williamsburg.  She loved spending time with her family especially her sons and also enjoyed online yard sales.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8pm, today, November 18, 2016 at the Williamsburg Church of the Brethren.  A funeral service will be held 2 pm, Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the church, Pastor Glenn Brumbaugh officiating.  Private interment will be held at Royer Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.

Memorial contributions in her memory may be given to funeral home to help with expenses.
