June Myra Musselman, 70, of Roaring Spring, passed away late Monday afternoon, March 11, 2024, at UPMC Altoona.

She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Clyde M. and Gladys (Weyandt) Ake.  On June 8, 1974, she married Charles L. “Charlie” Musselman Jr. at Upper Claar Church in Claysburg.

Surviving are her beloved husband, Charlie, of 49 years; three children: Christopher M. Musselman, Brandon S. Musselman and Stephanie S. Nicole, all of Roaring Spring; three grandchildren: Clyde, Riley, and Iris; a brother, Jim Ake of New Enterprise; a sister, Iona Corle of Osterburg; and extended family members and friends.

June was a 1971 graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School.  Following graduation, she worked at the Bedford Shoe Factory, the Martinsburg Shoe Factory and at News Printing Company Inc in Hollidaysburg, before working as a Dietary Aide at Homewood at Martinsburg for many years.

June loved spending time with her family, especially creating Christmas decorations with the grandchildren and spending time on the porch.  She also enjoyed watching mystery shows.

A private memorial service will be held at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
