June H. (Hinish) Imler

JUNE H. IMLER, 82 A resident of the Hollidaysburg Home formally of New Enterprise, went home to be with the Lord on Wed. 10/15/2014. June was born on 07/25/1932 in Potter Creek, daughter of the late George and Etta (Walter) Hinish. On 08/01/1952 she Married the late William Imler in Woodbury, PA. Surviving are a son, Bradley Imler and wife Barbara of New Enterprise, four grandchildren, Justin Fischer and wife Gerri, Amy Fischer, Katherine Yorke and husband Jared, William Imler and fiancé Ali, as well as a great-grandson, Levi Ramsey. June is also survived by her sister-in-law, Shirley Imler and a lifelong friend Peggy Ferry. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Wendy Fischer and a sister, Audrey Byers. June was a graduate of Woodbury High School and was retired from Nason Hospital. She had been active with church and the Southern Cove Fire Co. before her illness. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public viewing. The family will receive visitors 10am to 11am. Sat. the 18th At the Holsinger Church of the Brethren. Where an 11 am Service will be held by Pastor Paul Snyder and burial will be in the Holsinger Cemetery. Arrangements made by S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home, Woodbury. Memorials maybe made to the Southern Cove Fire Co. or to the Holsinger Church of the Brethren.
