Karianna Samuelson Mazur, 62, of Cassandra formerly of Hollidaysburg, passed away unexpectedly, Friday afternoon, October 23, 2020 at her home.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of Barbara J. (Chamberlain) Samuelson and Jack Ashman.  Karianna was later adopted and was raised by William R. Samuelson.  She was married to Philip Mazur who preceded her in death on April 8, 1999.

Surviving are her mother, Barb of Hollidaysburg and father, Bill of New Paris; two brothers: Michael Samuelson (wife, Donna) and Scott Samuelson both of Hollidaysburg; close friend, Terry Davison; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers: Chris W Samuelson and Greg “Hodgie” Samuelson.

Karianna was a 1976 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School and served on the Cassandra town council.  She enjoyed rattle snake hunts and also loved spending time with family and friends.

There will be no public services and arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.
