Kathryn D. Becker, 85, of Williamsburg, went home to be with the Lord, Monday evening, September 9, 2019 at The Village at Morrisons Cove, Martinsburg.

She was born in Everett, daughter of the late Albert J. and Hazel O. Foor.  On October 25, 1953 she married Mervin J. Becker in Winchester, VA.  He preceded her in death on November 28, 2008.

Surviving are two sons: Roy E. (Nancy) Becker of Williamsburg and Ricky L. (Angela) Becker of Hagerstown, MD; a daughter, Cathy L. Becker of Williamsburg; four grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Audrey (Bud) VanPelt of Breezewood; and two brothers: James Foor of Clearfield and Gary (Becky) Foor of Bedford.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher S. Becker; three granddaughters: Jessica N. Becker, Wendi Barroner and Lynette N. Becker.

Kathryn was a member of Grace Pointe Community Church of God, Williamsburg and a former member of Bedford Christian & Missionary Alliance Church.

She was employed as a cook for the Bedford School District and also worked as caretaker and cook at the Mattern House, Williamsburg.  Kathryn loved spending time with her family and also enjoyed camping, baking and decorating cakes.

Friends will be received from 5-8pm, Thursday, September 12, 2019 at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg and 1 until the 2pm funeral service, Friday, September 13, 2019 at Grace Pointe Community Church of God, Williamsburg, Pastor James D. Spivey officiating.  Private interment will be held at Oreminea Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.

The family prefers memorial contributions in memory of Kathryn be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
