LaRue A. (McKinney) Dell

LaRue A. Dell, 94, of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at the Village at Morrisons Cove. She was born on May 16, 1931 in Fredericksburg; daughter of the late Earl and Ruth (Fluke) McKinney. LaRue married Elinas M. Dell, Jr. “Pete” in 1949, he preceded her in death on June 6, 1983.

LaRue was the last of 7 children. Surviving are son, Gary Dell of Martinsburg; daughter, Beverly Albright (husband, Jim) of Martinsburg; son, Randy Dell (wife, Anniliese) of Williamsburg; as well as 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

At request of the deceased, services will be held privately. Interment will be in Diehl’s Crossroads Cemetery – Martinsburg.
