Marcelline “Marcy” Hamman, 84, of Martinsburg, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025. She was born in Altoona; daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Steinbugl) Hipp.
Marcy was a graduate of Altoona Catholic High School and worked as a manager in business administration the majority of her life. She was a member of the Martinsburg Booster Association, Nason Hospital Auxiliary, and the Wednesday Morning Bowling League at the Park. She enjoyed cooking, watching football, playing cards, and spending time with her family and friends.
Marcy was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Rose Pellegrini; and brothers, Joseph, Ronald, and David Hipp. Surviving is daughter, Mary A. White (Rod); daughter, Ruth A. Robinson (Larry M., dec.); daughter, Kristen H. Jenkins (John); grandchildren, Robert T. White, Lena E. Jenkins, and Kenneth V. Jenkins; brother, Raymond Hipp (Debbie); brother, Thomas Hipp (Sherry); as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
Friends will be received at the church on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 1:00PM until the 2:00PM Funeral Mass at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church – Roaring Spring; Father Allen P. Zeth officiating. Private inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery – Altoona.
Memorial Contributions in Marcelline’s name may be made to St. Thomas More Catholic Church (619 E. Main St. Roaring Spring, PA 16673).
