Mary A. Brown

Mary A. Brown, 79, of Ebensburg, formerly of Everett, passed away on December 27, 2024 at Maple Heights Health & Rehab Center – Ebensburg. She was born on March 3, 1945 in Norwich, New York; daughter of the late Kennard and Helen (Cady) Brown.

Mary worked in customer service the majority of her life and was a member of the Everett American Legion. She enjoyed reading, her cats, crossword and sudoku puzzles, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her brothers, Phil and David Youngs. Surviving is son, Robert Gearhart Jr. (Gina) of Middleburg; son, Randy Gearhart (Marla) of Selinsgrove; daughter, Penny Raccio (Dennis Ferrell) of Saxton; daughter, Patricia Snyder of Everett (Scot Sipes of Harrisonville); daughter, Heidi Kagarise of New Enterprise; son, Paul Kagarise (Samantha Harr) of Martinsburg ; grandchildren, Chelsea, Dakota, Whitney, Melissa, Hailey, Tyler, Camden, Vincent, Carson, Alexis, and Salvator; as well as 7 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 10:00AM until the 11:00AM Funeral Service at the Stone Funeral Home in Woodbury. Interment will be in the Everett Cemetery.
