MARY AUDREY STANLEY KOONTZ, 78 OF New Enterprise PA. Died 11/03/2012 at the Altoona Regional Health System. Born 07/28/1934 in Breezewood PA the daughter of Oscar Lee and Mary Pearl (McGraw) Stanley. Married Robert Clair Koontz on 12/11/1953 in Everett. She was a member of the Koontz Church of the Brethren and Church Women’s Fellowship. She worked on the family farm alongside her husband and a secretary for Dr. Pointer of Everett. She enjoyed Reading, Embroidery, Sewing, Church work and Crossword Puzzles.
SURVIVORS: Her husband, one daughter Debra Koontz Roberson, of Falling Waters WV and one son Alan Robert Koontz of New Enterprise, one sister Dorothy Garland of Bedford and one brother John Stanley of Everett, three Grandchildren Mark Koontz, Joel Koontz and Matthew Traverso. Preceded in death by brothers: Edwin, Oscar Jr. and Glenn. And one sister Emma Jean Ritchey.

Friends received 5 – 9 pm Wednesday the 7th  and 10 –11 am Thursday the 8th all at the Koontz Church of the Brethren, where an 11 am service will be held by pastor Michael Benner. Interment in the Koontz Cemetery New Enterprise RD. Memorials maybe made to the Koontz Church or the Everett Free Library.  Arrangements by the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home, Woodbury
