Mary L. (Connelly) Ebersole

Mary L. (Connelly) Ebersole, 85, of Roaring Spring, passed away on October 6, 2022 at home. She was born on December 10, 1936 in Waterside; daughter of the late John A. and Mary (Willey) Connelly.

On March 5, 1955 in Baltimore, she was united in marriage to William J. “Bill” Ebersole; he preceded her in death on August 17, 2009. Mary was a graduate of Replogle High School and brethren in faith. She enjoyed gardening, being around family, and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William; grandson, Chad Ebersole; brothers, John and Donald Connelly; and a sister, Betty Pearson. Surviving are son, Steven (Carol) of New Enterprise; son, Randy (Wendy) of Roaring Spring; daughter, Lori Frederick (Don) of Martinsburg; son, Karl (Theresa) of Duncansville; daughter, Amy Musselman (Allen) of Claysburg; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, James Connelly; and special friend, Kate Johnson.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 10:00AM until the 11:00AM funeral service at the Stone Funeral Home in Woodbury; Chaplain Sharon Sears will be officiating. Interment will be in the Bedford County Memorial Park.

If so desired, memorial contributions in Mary’s name can be made to the American Cancer Society.
