Norma J. (Saylor) Grove

Norma J. (Saylor) Grove, 68, of Williamsburg, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at UPMC Altoona Hospital. She was born in Williamsburg, a daughter of the late John R. and Ida M. (Shultz) Saylor. On June 20, 2009 at the Yellow Springs Lutheran Church, she married Wayne P. Grove who survives along with two step-children: Kenneth (Tracy) Grove, of East Freedom, and Brenda (John) Crouch, of Williamsburg; 7 step-grandchildren: Lindsey (Josh) Crouch, Anna (Alan) Shanholtz, Ian (Sierra) Crouch, Kendra (Zach) Zomok, Tanner (Hannah) Grove, Samantha Grove, and Willie Hatcher; 12 step-great-grandchildren; a sister Nancy J. Becker, of Williamsburg, and a niece Ashley Becker, of Williamsburg. She was preceded in death by a nephew James Robert Becker, and brother-in-law James Becker.

Norma was a 3rd grade teacher at Williamsburg Elementary School. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, served as a board member of the Williamsburg Community Farm Show for many years, and was an avid quilter.

Funeral services will be private. Burial at Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, Williamsburg. Contributions may be made in Norma’s name to: St. John’s Lutheran Church or the Williamsburg Volunteer Fire Company.
