Patricia Ann “Pat” Bonebreak

February 21, 1939 ~ March 8, 2024

Patricia Ann “Pat” Bonebreak, 85, of Williamsburg, passed away Friday morning, March 8, 2024 at UPMC Altoona.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Thomas E. and Kathryn G. (Hall) Bonebreak.

Surviving are her twin sister, Ellen M. Estus of Wilmington, DE; a niece, Elizabeth “Libby” Austin (Michael); three nephews: Christopher Estus (Pat), Jon A. Jr. “Tony” Estus (Denise) and Todd Estus (Marla Jamison); and a great-niece and great-nephew; her two dear friends: Rose Lynn and Kim Hoover, who have been by her side, throughout her struggles with dementia, especially the last few months; her companion, Little Kitty, her sweet cat, whom she dearly loved;  and also the many good friends and neighbors that have always been there throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Jon A. “Tony” Estus.

Pat was a graduate of Williamsburg High School and the Lock Haven State Teachers College.  She taught mathematics for many years at Keith Junior High School in Altoona.

She was a faithful, active member of Zion Lutheran Church, Williamsburg, where she served on church council, women’s civic club and in many other capacities.  Pat also served on the board for the Williamsburg Area Improved Dwellings and was part of the planning committee for the Williamsburg Bicentennial Celebration.

Pat loved serving her church and community and also enjoyed spending time with friends, especially her card club group.

Friends will be received from noon until 1pm, Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church, Williamsburg, where a funeral service will begin at 1pm, Pastor Tiffany E. Marvich officiating.  Private interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.

Memorial contributions in memory of Pat may be given to Zion Lutheran Church, 217 Plum St., Williamsburg, PA 16693.
