PAUL S. TURNER, 82, of New Enterprise RD, went to be with the Lord on 06/09/2012 at Homewood of Martinsburg.  Born 09/09/1929 in Union City PA the son of Paul S. and LaVerta (Henck) Turner. He Married Jennie M. (Smith) on 09/08/1951. He was a member of the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren. He was a self employed Dairy Farmer, and served in the Army during the Koran War. He enjoyed volunteering at the James E. Vanzant VA hospital for 23 years. He was a member of the NBC Senior Citizens and Bedford County Farmers.
Survived by his wife and one daughter Sharon Helsel and her husband David of Woodbury. One son Paul D. and his wife Karen Ritchey of New Enterprise. One Sister Marjorie Hall and two brothers, Marvin and James all from Erie PA, seven grandchildren: Brent, Erick, Keith Helsel and Stephanie States, Megan Hall and Kimberly Helsel, 17 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by a brother George and sisters Lucille and Carole.
At the request of the family there will be no public viewing. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Wed. 13th at the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren bay pastors Keith Helsel, Allen Detwiler and Tim Laird. Interment in the Martinsburg Fairview Cemetery.
