He was born on April 5, 1957 in Canonsburg, PA; son of the late Edward Arthur and Elsie (Montabone) Rahon. Randall retired as an Air Traffic Controller. Surviving is brother, Ted Rahon and sister, Lisa Rahon. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Stone Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc.; Woodbury.
