Robert A. Brumbaugh Sr., 84, of rural Martinsburg, passed away Friday morning, October 15, 2021 at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring.

He was born in Roaring Spring, son of the late Denver S. and Delcie P. (Mowery) Brumbaugh.  On August 27, 1954 he married Donna Eileen Hoover in Martinsburg.  She preceded him in death on November 9, 1984.

Surviving are three children: Brenda K. Waltz (Galen) of Marysville, Robert A. Brumbaugh Jr. of rural Martinsburg and Doreen G. Kagarise (Bob) of Martinsburg; four grandchildren: Adrian Kent (Tracey), Garman Kent (fiancé, Ellen Chung), Sara Stanworth (Stan) and Robert D. Brumbaugh (Jazmine Kennedy); two great-grandchildren: Amber and Bailey Kent; a sister, Donna Albright (Chris) of Hollidaysburg; and a brother, Ronald E. Brumbaugh (Rhea) of Newry.

He was preceded in death by an infant a son, Barry Allen; a sister, Helen Johnson; and a brother, John S. Brumbaugh.

Bob was a 1955 graduate of Morrisons Cove High School, Martinsburg and was a lifelong dairy farmer in rural Martinsburg.

He was a longtime member of Martinsburg Memorial Church of the Brethren and also a member of various farming organizations.  Robert loved his family, farming, watching the Pittsburgh Pirates and also enjoyed traveling.

Friends will be received from 5-8pm, Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.  A private graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
