Roger G. Mellott

Roger G. Mellott, 63, of Woodbury, passed away on March 13, 2020 at the Village at Morrisons Cove. He was born on December 24, 1956 in Roaring Spring; son of Charles G. and Lula Belle (Keagy) Mellott. On November 5, 1977 he was united in marriage to Beth (Mock) Mellott who survives. Roger was manager at Your Building Center for many years. He was preceded in death by his father Charles G. Mellott. Surviving are his wife Beth; son Brett Mellott (Nikki) of Denver, PA; son Matt Mellott of Woodbury; mother Lula Belle Mellott; brother Jerry Mellott (Nancy); sister Debbie Moyer; and grandson Jackson. Friends will be received on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 5:00-8:00PM at the Weaver Funeral Home in Woodbury. On Wednesday, March 18, 2020 there will be another visitation from 10:00-11:00AM, with a Funeral Service beginning after at the Faith United Methodist Church in Woodbury. Interment will be in Dry Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Roger’s name can be made to John’s Way Medical Equipment Ministry (137 Church Hill Ln. Martinsburg, PA 16662).
