Ronald Mark Dively

Ronald Mark Dively, 85, of New Enterprise, passed away on January 17, 2025 at his home. He was born on September 8, 1939 in New Enterprise; son of the late Michael and Edna (Jackson) Dively. On May 16, 1969, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, he was united in marriage to Linda (Shaffer) Dively, who survives.

Ronald was a Class of 1957 graduate of Replogle High School and member of the Canan Station Mennonite Church. He owned and operated Woodsville Acres Farm. Ronald enjoyed farming, bowling, playing guitar, camping, bluegrass music, and the time he spent with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Louise Fowkes; and brothers, Donald Eugene Dively, Thomas Emert Dively, and Blair Dively. Surviving is his wife, Linda Dively; son, Mark Dively and wife Laura (Campbell) of New Enterprise; daughter, Marlene Johnson and husband Glen of New Enterprise; grandchildren, Diana Johnson (Travis Hetrick, dec.), Evie Ferrell (Levi), Ruger Dively, Lena Dively, Kelsey Dively, and Campbell Detwiler; great-grandchildren, Oliver, Amelia, Alexander, Bradley, Harper, and Chloe; and a brother, John Dively (JoAnn) of New Enterprise.

Friends will be received on Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 10:00AM until the 12:00PM Funeral Service at the Stone Funeral Home in Woodbury; Pastor Paul Snyder officiating. Interment will be in Dry Hill Cemetery.
