Ronald E. Sanker, 73, formerly of Hollidaysburg, died early Wednesday afternoon at Hollidaysburg Veterans Home.
He was born in Altoona, son of the late Leo F. and Mary E. (Kunsman) Sanker.
Surviving are his two children: Richard A. Sanker (Tammy) of Nassawadox, VA, and Rhonda Sanker of Altoona; two grandchildren: Jay Sanker (Jamie Wolfe) and Jessika Sanker, all of Altoona; and a sister, Karen Mishock of Cresson.
He was a 1965 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School and a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.
There will be no public funeral service. A private inurnment will be at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.
