Rose D. (Ketner) McNally, 92, formerly of Martinsburg, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Cedarwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center – Tyrone. She was born on May 19, 1933 in Henrietta; daughter of the late Chalmer and Sadie (Barnett) Ketner. On October 25, 1952 in Martinsburg, she was united in marriage to Donald H. McNally; he preceded her in death on March 7, 2017.
Rose was a graduate of Morrisons Cove High School -Bean Hill, Class of 1951. She was a member of the Faith Assembly of God Church in Roaring Spring. Rose was an AVON representative for many years. She enjoyed playing BINGO, dogs, and being “Nana” to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rose’s favorite word was “Mom” and her favorite holiday was Mother’s Day.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; and siblings: Robert Ketner, Clara Pearson, Flora Kauffman, Charles Raymond Ketner, Mary Pearson, David Ketner, Katherine Ketner, Ruth Ketner, Harold Lloyd Ketner, Chalmer Ketner, Jr., and Jean Daugherty. Surviving is daughter, Susan D. Bouslough (Scott) of Bellwood; son, Daniel L. McNally (Michaela) of Martinsburg; grandchildren: Abigail Kephart (Evan), Ryan Bouslough, and Kris McNally; great-grandchildren: TJ and Theodore Kephart and CJ McNally; sister, Shirley Whittlesey (Tom) of Tulsa, OK; sister-in-law, Harriet Ketner of Everett; and special nephew, John “Jack” Kauffman.
Friends will be received on Monday, March 16, 2026 from 4:00-7:00PM at the Faith Assembly of God Church in Roaring Spring and one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 11:00AM at the church; Evan Kephart and Steve Kulish officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery – Martinsburg.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Rose’s name may be made to the Gentiva Altoona Foundation (400 Lakemont Park Blvd. Suite 300 Altoona, PA 16602).
