ROSELLA M. (FEATHERS) JOHNSON, BROWN, 76, Of Bakers Summit, formerly of Smith Corner / East Freedom. Died 03/09/2013 at her home. Born 06/09/1936 in East Freedom the daughter of Watson and Bertha (Dodson) Feathers. Married Donald A. Johnson who died 07/02/1990 then married Rev. Marshall Brown who died 01/18/2003 She was an actively involved with the Harvest Abundant Life, Claysburg PA. She worked at Puritan and was a fulltime Housewife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed the Church, hymn sings, bowling with friend and family.
Survivors: daughters, Joyce A. Young of Martinsburg, Melody Pepple of Bakers Summit and Monica Ott – foster daughter of Woodbury. Sons: Andy Johnson of Bakers Summit, Bruce Johnson of Bakers Summit, Rick Lafferty foster so of Roaring Spring. Three additional Step daughters and two Stepsons, sisters Patsy Delozier of Roaring Spring, Sarah Claar of Roaring Spring and Mary Phillips of East Freedom. 10 grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by daughter in law Robin Johnson one grand daughter Sasha Johnson three sisters: Shirley Imler, Helen Zeth and Betty Dodson
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 pm Monday the 11th and 10 – 11am Tue. the 12th all at the Harvest Abundant Life Church in Claysburg (Beside Subway and Carpet Dept) an 11am service will be held by Pastor Ron E. Page. Internment in the Dry Hill Cemetery In lue of flowers memorials maybe made to the family to cover expenses. Arrangements By the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral home, Woodbury PA
