Roy E. Adams, 55, of Elk Grove, California, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018. Roy was formerly from Woodbury and was preceded in death by his mother Sarah M. Adams and brother Wendell L. Adams. He is survived by a brother Donald R. Adams Sr., of Rio Linda, California. Friends will be received on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 10:00-11:00AM. At 11:00AM a Memorial Service will take place. All of the above will be held at Weaver Funeral Home in Woodbury. Arrangements by Weaver Funeral Home, LLC; Woodbury.
